Five Things...

Only week two and I'm already behind on my five things Fridays!!  I was just so busy.  But here are this weeks favorites!!

This song is beautiful!!  And I have found myself playing it over and over since the choir sang it in church a few weeks ago!!

ps...for those of you in the Gainesville area, I hear he will be at Free Chapel on Sunday.

My Bible

I've been reading daily in my Bible for some time, but lately I really feel like this is where I want to spend my time.  I feel like there is something I am suppose to see and do...which is where my last post came from.  I know that whatever is suppose to happen will, as long as I am focused on Him and not what I think I need.

Be concerned about his kingdom and what has his approval.  Then all these things will be provided for you.  Matthew 6:33

A lot of Thoughts...

This week an opportunity has presented itself to us.  This may end up as absolutely nothing, but it may end up as something wonderful!!  Keep us in your prayers, and that we are able to spread what we know to be true!!

I want to finish the race I'm running.  I want to carry out the mission I received from the Lord Jesus - the mission of testifying to the Good News of God's kindness.

Acts 20:24

On another note...guess what I have been working on this week??  Bring on fall, because I am so excited!!!  Today, I work on my first clutch!!

A Family Day...

This Saturday I planned a fun filled day for our family!!  After spending the day on the lake we all loaded into the car and went to Atlanta.  An evening of Ikea and the Food Truck Park.

Isn't this so nice??  I still like to think of this as my backyard, even though I haven't lived in my parents home for nearly six years.





On a typicall family night there are at least nine of us, so while my mom has a suburban it's still a bit tight.  Since it was my plan i thought it only fair I be the one without a seat!! 
ps...we usually don't go anywhere for family night, too many people

Once we made it to Ikea my dad was caught taking breaks all over the place...obviously he's not the Ikea fan that I am.  And yes he does rest his drinks everything on his belly : )

I did find this rug while we were there, isn't it so awesome!!  I didn't bring it home though, we are working on saving up for things we want rather than just buying them when we see them. 

We got to the Atlanta Food Truck Park a bit later than we would have liked, so some of the trucks had already packed up.  But most of us stopped into The Pickle.  It was pretty Delicious...I had a veggie quesadilla and a Lavender berry lemonade (which I will try and find a recipe for).  If you are in Atl I recommend the park, it's always such a great time!!

The park has a little area where you can play bocce ball, so that is just what they did.

On the way home the HOT sign was on, so we were sucked in!!  After about three minutes the nine of us had devoured a dozen + krispy kreme doughnuts.  They are just so good!!  I had the Birthday Doughnut, it had chocolate icing, sprinkles, and a cream filled center...YUMMY!!

I am beyond blessed to be able to spend this time with my family!!  It's so nice living so close to both sets, I don't know what I would do if I lived anywhere other than Georgia.

I could definitely work this into my booth display!!  So many fabulous finds.  Plus I found a photo of the storefront...Oh my gosh!! 

Amelia Domes

I recently ordered these thimble domes from Willow House.  I wanted to use them in my craft market display, but my jewelry didn't fit.  So i rummaged through my "booth emergency kit" and this is what I found.  These domes are so worth every penny!!

Lovely Packaging

You will learn that I am a huge lover of packaging.  I am planning my fall shop packaging right now, and I just keep going back to this!
